help: pH level and yeast

What pH level would be the best to grow yeasts?(if the yeasts are just normal Fleischmann's Yeast) :confused:

 

Oh and btw by pH level, i also want to know if it likes more basic or acidic environment.

I see acid has established an early lead due to someone realising that yeasts grow well in fruit juices, but not generally in milk.
