sara19 Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 Can anyone help me?! I want to know, *The IgG2b Isotype indicate to what type of immune response? *TH1 type immune response or TH2 type immune response? I know that IL-4 associated with TH2 antibody response. and induces the change from IgM to IgG1 and IgE in the B lymphocyte , IFN- γ associated with TH1 cell mediated immune response and induces the change from IgM to IgG2a All i found about IgG2b was that TGF-31 is a switch factor for the murine IgG2b subclass for appropriately activated B cells
Raj Iyer Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 (edited) I know one very smart guy. He may be able to help with at least some of your questions. Try emailing him at {email address deleted}. Don't worry he won't mind. I know him , he's my son. By the way try posting your questions one at a time. It's overwhelming when so many are combined. good luck Edited June 17, 2008 by Phi for All email address deleted
Phi for All Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 I know one very smart guy. He may be able to help with at least some of your questions. Try emailing him at {email address deleted}. Don't worry he won't mind.I know him , he's my son. I removed your son's email address. We get little crawly spiderbots that prowl the internet for email addresses to spam. While the OP might be welcome by your son, the rest might not. Perhaps you can copy the OP, mail it to your son and then report his findings. I'm going to move this thread to Homework Help but I'll leave a redirect that will last 1 month. You should get your "smart guy" to join up here at SFN. We welcome smart guys and gals.
