i am attempting to build a photonic ionic cloth radio amplifier maser, (PICRAM)

U.S PATENT 5,247,933. Please could you help me to not only build a

isotonic aqueous solution, containing a borate buffer system and sodium chloride, preserved via 0.1 % sorbic acid and disodium (EDTA), (via simple description) but also tell me the best place to buy the ingredients. an alternative is to use four table spoons of sea salt per 1/2 pint of water utilising the same borate buffer as above. nice one....... hassle free.
