Bacteria that cause chest infections?

I need a list of bacteria that cause chest infections please. Google is be unhelpful for once, any help please?

Also are there crosslinks inbetween pepdidoglycan layers in gram negative cell walls or is it just one layer thick (wondering why penicillin is not effect against gram negative bacteria).

Some are... Haemophilus influenzae (the flu), Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumonia), Bordetella pertussis (whooping cough), Coccidiodes immitis, Coxiella psittaci.

i am not sure but believe it is because the cell walls of a gram negative bacteria have more lipids in them, thus the penicillin has a more difficult time breaking down these compounds.

For cystic fibrosis patients Pseudomonas aeruginosa causes problems...I think they have problems with it because of their condition whereas we just live with it.
