Phi for All Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Can you order online? They aren't very expensive since they are usually the first casualty in a crash. The blades are the most important part of a helicopter, and involve the most danger if they aren't done right. Do you have any of the rest of the helicopter built?
imo92 Posted September 26, 2008 Author Posted September 26, 2008 dont u need a credit card to order online. i don't have one yet but i will in about six months. i'm building it with my friend who had one before which he brought with him from canada. it broke after he lost control and crashed it on a road where a car ran it over. few parts survived. we are now rebuilding it but it will be much simpler. we have one servo, 3 motors( 2 from cheap rc cars and 1 from a busted cd-rom drive). we are using the swash plate and rotor hed of the old one. we r going to make it fixed pitch cause we only have one servo. most of the parts have been assembled but the main problem is the blades. we tried to make some out of 2 rulers which didn't work. we are now trying to make them out of wood from some old furniture. by the way do u build rc heli's?
