Help with this question would be greatly appreciated, i just cant seem to get the answer,

 

estimate the percentage of empty space in gaseous argon, given that the radis of an argon aton is 192pm (1.92x10-10m)

Impossible to determine given the parameters of your question, sorry :(

 

it would need to state at what pressure and temp at least, as well as percentage of argon pressent in that volume of gas.

 

if you mean the "empty space" on a Nuclear level (as I assume that`s why you gave the radius) then you`de need to caclulate the volume occupied by the electrons, protons and neutrons to give you a total value and then subtract that from the volume occupied by the radius you provided to make it into a sphere 2 Pi R^2 should help I think, but don`t quote me on that bit, my maths is somewhat wanting in certain respects :)
