Cell physiology, sodium glucose cotransporter to be exact.

hey guys...i'm trying to revise for my cell physiology exam next week and am completely stuck on this guaranteed question to come up. please guide me in the right direction if you can.

 

ok so basically this is the question:

 

"Assume the ratio of extracellular sodium concentration to the intracellular sodium concentration is 100:1. Calculate the ratio of the intracellular to extracellular glucose concentration that one might expect to be achieved where (i) 1 sodium ion is transported along with 1 glucose molecule and (ii) 2 sodium ions are transported along with 1 glucose molecule in those circumstances."

 

now i know that because its a cotransporter the glucose is moving against its concentration gradient with Na+. and that the equation to measure the kinetics of sodium and glucose is (Si/So)^s=(NAo/NAi)^a. no idea where to go from there.

 

please help if you can. thanks a million!!!!!!!
