Ultra violet pinpoint dots of violet light

FIRST POSTING. For the last 14-15 years I have seen these very small pinpoint dots of ultra bright (really neon quality)violet lights. They will appear at any given time whether I am looking at people or just my immediate environment. Sometimes just one violet dot or other times a number of them variously positioned in my view, usually positioned at particular locations on a person or generally positioned just all around. I don't know what they are or what they could mean for me? Any help out there on this? CuriousMind

I'd go see an eye doctor. Seeing bright spots of light is never a particularly good sign -- it can be an indicator of many different eye problems -- so you should have it checked out.
