carl1 Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Hi all, how would you find the kinetic energy of a sparrow of 28.6 g moving at a speed of 13 M S^-^1. Thanx.
ydoaPs Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Do you know of any formula to find kinetic energy? We can help, but we don't do homework. The ONLY thing even remotely tricky about this one(assuming you have the formula) is you need to play with the units a little.
Bignose Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 I hate myself for asking, but this cannot be left alone: African or European swallow?

swansont Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 The question was about a sparrow, which is a completely different animal that rarely carries coconuts. And does not weigh the same as a duck.
iNow Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 Hi all,how would you find the kinetic energy of a sparrow of 28.6 g moving at a speed of 13 M S^-^1. Thanx. And since ducks are made of wood... Carl - Was YDs response in Post #2 enough to help you? If not, where are you stuck?
Bignose Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 The question was about a sparrow, which is a completely different animal that rarely carries coconuts. This is what happens when I drive my computer without my glasses. I can see the big things, but sometimes p's becomes w's...
