Mosquitoes survival on land.

Hi all,

I am new here to these forums.

Mosquitoes can lay their egg anywhere(floor,wall,clothes,etc.,).

My question is will all these eggs hatch or do they need water for

hatching?

The eggs are larvae cannot survive without being in water.

This is why you hardly ever see mosquitos in a dry climate.
