Ah. They're a couple years out of date, since we moved to the new software.

 

If you hit the little help.png icon in the top right of the editor, you'll get a list of current BBCodes.

I have removed your link to the other Science Forum, because I think it's only going to be confusing. However, I would like to point out that most answers to questions (basically our FAQ) can be found either in:

 

1. Our rules

2. Our etiquette

3. The BBcode (which is the same as Cap'n Refsmmat mentioned in his post).
