It's at least a mile away." The philadelphia expt.? (maybe mainly fiction, but interesting) When drug testing trials go wrong, or worse when they are passed out for public use and then faults are discovered - like thalidimine? Not a very nice stories though - the consequenses can be horrific and tragic. Sure their must be more interesting and less serious ones, but my brain isn't working at the moment.
