froarty Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 A frequent criticism of extracting energy from Casimir cavities using gas atoms is that the energy required to push the gas into the Casimir cavity will at least equal the energy released by the photon. This argument is only an issue for those who believe the hydrino actually achieves a sub-zero state orbital and is non-relativistic. I contend that the reactionary forces are translated 90 degrees to the temporal axis where this method FORCES normally chaotic virtual particles to organize boundary conditions with gas molecules that formed while inside the Casimir cavity. The subzero like radius of the orbital was non radiative because it didn't really get smaller -the boundary condition holding the electron away from the nucleus got wider on the time axis and the electron orbital simply remained stationary relative to the boundary now distributed differently to reflect the change in quadric volume inside these exclusion fields. the electron remains at -13.6 eV ground state momentum. If the atom exits the field without forming a molecule it will simply untwist back to normal. Dr Mills, Dr Moddel and Dr Haisch all failed to realize you need a covalent bond to occur between these gas atoms while inside the exclusion field or you gain nothing. The energy gain is only for bonds formed while the atoms are submerged as far as possible on the time axis. The gain is provided by virtual particles forming organized boundaries with the newly formed molecule's orbitals which are locked into their temporal orientation by the covalent bond. these orientations are preserved by the covalent bond but while exiting the cavity experience increasing opposition from virtual particles that normally keep orbitals swept back into a path of least resistance to the time stream as it curves between the Casimir cavity and normal space or even between normal space and an event horizon. The new molecules orbital orientations find themselves interleaved into the time stream instead of being swept to the shore line like normal matter. At some point the covalent bond will be broken by the increasing boundary potentials and these "temporal shells" will all collapse in a release of signature black light plasma. Below is an analogy I recently posted trying to demonstrate the exclusion field is to normal space as normal space is to an event horizon. Johnny learns his father's space cruise ship is being sucked into a black hole- unlike most disasters this will be a lifetime tragedy due to relativity -although mere moments for his father it will be hundreds of years before the spaceship is actually crushed by the gravitational forces seeping through the inertial dampers. Johnny however is calm because his new invention multiplies a spaceship drives power and dampers far beyond previous levels and he knows that time is now his friend! After years of preparation Johnny and a rescue ship dive into the event horizon toward the doomed ship - As the doomed ship grows larger Johnny initiates the device that will lock their shields together so they can drag the crippled ship out of the gravity well. The rescue ship is able to lock onto the crippled ship on the first attempt and they quickly combine their navigation and engines into a single dual ship mode. they start pulling away from the black holes gravitational grasp and are already approaching the point where the 2 ships first merged marking their actual starting point on their return. Johnny knows time is traveling faster outside the event horizon and wants to get his father home while there is still family left that will recognize him. As the dual ship climbs the gravity well it is pushed by temporal forces forming boundary conditions with the dual ships merged fields. Both ships have molecular structures twisted on the time axis by the curved space inside the well which would simply untwist if each ship returned individually but the two fields forming the dual ship bond are now locked one against the other unable to twist back to normal even as the dual ship continues to climb the well returning to flat space. The resistance seems to increase in steps and Johnny hopes both ships will still have escape velocity when the binding field breaks and both ships break free. With a flash Johnny's ship suddenly emerges from the black hole and they are immediately contacted by the rescued ship already waiting for them. His father's face appears on the com to tell Johnny only weeks have elapsed since Johnny dove into the black hole and to chide him about taking so long :_) Apparently dad and crew have been waiting 3 days for them to reappear. Johnny then realized the implications of his father’s communication. He assumed that the rescue attempt would return all travelers to a point at least twenty years after the rescue missions entry into the black hole but somehow they were all returned only weeks later. The temporal resistance that eventually tore apart the binding field of the dual ship had combined with the ships vector so that the dual ship did not follow the curved gravitational well of the black hole back to normal flat space. The dual ship had experienced true temporal navigation, the fields acted as temporal rudders their molecular orbitals unable to twist freely with the changing curvature of the well the orbitals became interleaved in the time stream forming boundary conditions with vacuum fluctuations which can lift or submerge a ship from its time frame. the orientations once frozen by the binding field retained an orientation, a resistive rudder angle, that favored that temporal coordinate which combined with ships drive to form a composite temporal spatial vector submerging the dual ship into the plane of the gravity well on the shortest return path to flat space. Johnny wondered what would have happened if the field had not broken - if the two ships had escaped the event horizon with their binding field intact ..would they appear like tiny spaceships still miles away or should I say hours away since they would still be displaced on the temporal axis not the normal spatial axis. Would they be torn apart by temporal force the moment they dropped their shields? The Casimir effect mirrors this anomaly but unlike an event horizon where relative time appears slow the relative time inside a Casimir cavity appears very fast, hence my suspicion that catalysts are just an indicator of Casimir cavities or outcroppings of Casimir geometry. Two hydrogen atoms enter an exclusion field. If they form a covalent bond and try to diffuse back out of the cavity as a molecule they have a similar dilemma. Their orbital orientations are locked when the covalent bond forms so they are unable to twist parallel to the changes in curved space as the molecule exits the field. the molecule will either return still "twisted" on the temporal axis or the virtual particles will tear the covalent bond apart and release the signature black light plasma as it accelerates through the equivalent of sub zero state shells -actually temporal shells -perhaps 7 more shells to maintain symmetry and each a possible family suggesting a 149 combinations when mixed with normal space shells. On the other hand if the molecule escapes unbroken we actually have the more desirable outcome since it would make possible all the science fiction devices described in Johnny's story by providing the building block "oar" scientists have needed since the beginning of space exploration. Experimenting with larger more complex "twisted" molecules with less combustible atoms may lead to this holy grail. The research is only in its infancy and great care must be taken using rules based on concepts like Plank’s constant to only compare matter in the same time frame which an exclusion field or event horizon are not.
insane_alien Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 hydrinos don't exist. this is fact. seeing as you start off with a faulty assumption(that hydrinos exist), the rest is meaningless.
froarty Posted March 4, 2009 Author Posted March 4, 2009 the hydrino definition is wrong but you can't make the term go away so either be part of the solution to redefine it as was clear in my title or step aside.
froarty Posted March 10, 2009 Author Posted March 10, 2009 “Hydrino like” atoms are not sub zero state but simply redistributed on the temporal axis. As background Dr Randell Mills, founder of Black Light Power , has pursued a sub zero state of the hydrogen atom for more than a decade. Test reactors of their proprietary catalyst supplied to Rowan University were confirmed in October 2008 to produce far more calories than possible for the given hydrogen impregnation in their reactors. The hydrogen and catalyst are brought up to 200C at which point the reaction produces far more heat than Rowan chemists can account for with standard chemistry. Dr Mills controversial GUT theory however has been staunchly opposed by the physics community and the company has been unable to retain a patent based on his theory. The theory was challenged by A Rathke (May 2005). "A critical analysis of the hydrino model". New Journal of Physics 2005 (7): 127. doi:10.1088/1367-2630/7/1/127 however Rathke's paper was itself challenged by Jan Naudts (5 August 2005). "On the hydrino state of the relativistic hydrogen atom". http://arxiv.org/abs/physics/0507193v2. " which demonstrated that Rathke had not allowed for relativistic effects. This “relativistic” opportunity was not easily applied to the Mills theorem but on May 8th 2008 Bernard Haisch and Garret Moddel were awarded a patent for a device based on Casimir cavities which also describes an orbital "spinning down" below the ground state but based on stochastic electrodynamics ( description and patent ). I am simply proposing that Jan Naudts mathematical evidence of a “relativistic” loophole can be applied to the Moddel - Haisch model to form a composite theorem where the Casimir cavities allow the orbital to twist on the temporal axis. The orbital only appears to "fall" because the 4D volume representing the boundary conditions is redistributed on the Time axis such that its profile in normal space shrinks while it gets larger on the time axis. I am proposing this composite Naudts-Moddel- Haisch theory be considered a test bed for extending the theory while investigating hydrino like constructs without the burden of sub zero state arguments.
froarty Posted March 13, 2009 Author Posted March 13, 2009 http://www.byzipp.com/anitrontime.htm “pre paper” here with a new animation of hydrogen VS hydrino from the temporal perspective. I found a 2005 math paper from Jan Naudts suggesting the hydrino may be allowed due to a “relativistic” effect which after a moments thought exactly agreed with my argument. The whole field has been treated like pseudoscience due to simple semantics – the radius diameter does drop below what would be zero state for normal space but the nucleus is displaced further on the temporal axis in the case of the hydrino and the electron never exceeds the minimal approach therefore both sides are right! Daecon Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 the hydrino definition is wrong but you can't make the term go away so either be part of the solution to redefine it as was clear in my title or step aside. Well since your thread revolves around it, why don't you explain to us exactly what you mean by "hydrino" then, if not the proper definition of something that doesn't actually exist?
froarty Posted March 13, 2009 Author Posted March 13, 2009 Jan Naudts math paper refers to "relativistic" hydrogen which allows for an orbital DIAMETER only a fraction of the zero state orbital BUT with an unchanged RADIUS to the nucleus which is pushed out of our plane on the temporal axis. the animation http://www.byzipp.com/anitrontime.htm shows a zero state hydrogen left and an equivalent state "relativistic" hydrogen atom to the right.
froarty Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 Relativistic Hydrogen extracts ZPE (pre-paper) March 12th, 2009 Relativistic Hydrogen molecules extract energy from Vacuum Fluctuations Francis X Roarty Electronics Technician E-mail froarty572@comcast.net Abstract The claims of sub zero states of hydrogen have been controversial for years and caused the study of this field to languish for what may prove to be nothing more than semantics. A 2005 paper by Jan Naudts paper (5 August 2005). "On the hydrino state of the relativistic hydrogen atom" [5] contends that the sub zero state argument overlooks relativistic effect inside Casimir cavities. Relativistic hydrogen implies a temporal axis solution where the hydrino orbital remains stationary relative to a moving boundary as the atom rotates away from our plane reshaping the 4D boundary. The Casimir cavity enlarges the temporal axis so the nucleus and its boundaries relax “upward” on the temporal axis contracting the orbital diameter in our plane. Note the smaller more distant nucleus in the following animation of a Hyrogen VS Hydrino nucleus from a 4D perspective where the electon size is unchanged but orbital has become "skinny" in our plane because the atom has gotten "fat" in the temporal direction. The minimal approach to the nucleus is still observed but now accomplished with additional temporal displacement courtesy of the Casimir exclusion field. Vacuum flucuations have "organized" to reshape the atom and provide opportunity to harvest energy if the shape can be locked against the return trip out of the field.1 1 Introduction Black Light Power [1] , founded by Dr Randell Mills, was confirmed in an October 2008 video by Rowan University [2] to produce far more calories than possible for the given hydrogen impregnation in a 50KW reactor. The hydrogen and catalyst are brought up to 200C at which point the reaction produces far more heat than Rowan chemists can account for with standard chemistry. Dr Mills controversial Grand Unified Theory [3] is based on a sub zero state hydrogen atom. This theory was challenged by Andre Rathke (May 2005) paper "A critical analysis of the hydrino model". [4] however Rathke's paper was itself soon challenged by Jan Naudts paper (5 August 2005). "On the hydrino state of the relativistic hydrogen atom" [5] which demonstrated that Rathke had not allowed for relativistic effects (temporal axis displacement). on May 27th 2008 Bernard Haisch and Garret Moddel were awarded a patent [6] for a device based on stochastic electrodynamics which also describes an orbital "spinning down" but leveraging the restricted vacuum fluctuations of a Casimir exclusion field their theory lends itself well to Naudts “relativistic” solution in place of the controversial sub zero state. I am in agreement that a sub zero state of the hydrogen atom can not exist however the hydrino is very real and needs to be redefined as a positive temporal axis excursion. I am proposing that Jan Naudts mathematical evidence [5] of a “relativistic” solution side steps the sub zero state argument and fits well with Dr Mills assertions of a non radiative transition “away” from zero state. if we assume a positive excursion on the temporal axis, the orbital simply remains stationary relative to vector changes of the nucleus and its’ boundary volume that is being squeezed into redistributing itself fat on the temporal axis while correspondingly reducing its’ profile in our plane. The energy level, -13.6 eV remains unchanged when translating in and out of these exclusion fields unless these “fat” atoms form a covalent bond that locks their orbital configurations one against the other preventing the new molecule’s orbitals from translating back into our plane. It is these dihydrinos that provide an alternate explanation for Mills energy level data without violating the zero state or the spectral evidence of Kunze, H-J (2008). "On the spectroscopic measurements used to support the postulate of states with fractional principal quantum numbers in hydrogen" [7]. I am proposing a composite of Naudts-Moddel- Haisch theory be adopted for investigating hydrino like constructs without the burden of sub zero state arguments or spectral line conflicts. My suggestion that these “temporally Fat” atoms must form a covalent bond is not necessary to adopting Naudts much more important idea that the hydrino is due to relativistic effect not sub zero state. The continuing arguments and papers since then still focus on the sub zero state argument apparently unaware of Naudts relativistic solution or simply missing its significance when applied to the 4D geometry of the orbital boundary. Naudts paper was a mathematical analysis which I believe has lead to the physical interpretation being overlooked. My theory regarding covalent bonding to follow is totally independent of the above proposal to adopt a positive temporal excursion in place of the controversial existing sub zero state theory. I propose to extend the hopefully soon adopted relativistic theory above such that the orbital boundaries of the newly formed “fat” molecule formed inside an exclusion field are no longer free to redistribute volume between their 4D parameters while exiting the cavity. The new molecule’s orbitals are not free to transition back to our plane which causes normally chaotic virtual particles to accumulate organized boundary conditions trying to push the offending orbitals back into their normal “skinny” orientations in our plane. These boundary conditions eventually accumulate while exiting the field to the point where they break the covalent bond. This releases the signature black light plasma and restores the atoms to monatomic levels. This method turns a covalent bond into a bucket which extracts heat energy from “organized” virtual particles. I predict that the covalent “temporally fat” molecule formed inside an exclusion field is capable of reacting with space-time. Vacuum fluctuations accumulate boundary conditions with orbitals as the molecule exits the exclusion field but their reactionary forces are translated 90 degrees to the time axis avoiding back pressure with hydrogen supply. These boundary potentials can be harvested as heat energy when the bond is broken such as the Black Light Power reactors tested by Rowan University however there is another as yet untested potential. The accumulated boundary conditions with vacuum fluctuations just prior to the breaking of the covalent bond while the molecule is exiting the exclusion field can be adapted for propellantless thrust. It is not yet established if the plasma producing molecule can be extracted without collapsing the boundary conditions so it may be necessary to move the entire medium containing the cavity to develop relative motion between Space-Time and the plasma. In the meantime however I predict that plasma reactors such as those employed by BLP are already producing exotic inertia properties unmeasured to date. I predict that a reactor approaching threshold of plasma production will exhibit resistance to motion in the gravitational axis due to boundary interleaving. This property is easily overlooked because motionless “interleaving” will only reveal a frictional contact in one axis. If I am correct then adding or subtracting calibrated weights will reveal the effect relative to a baseline measurement. The weights will eventually balance but much slower than baseline measurement due to dragging boundary conditions. References 1. Black Light Power Inc. http://www.blacklightpower.com 2. froarty Posted March 18, 2009 Author Posted March 18, 2009 Temporal axis? As in "time"? Is the "temporal axis" like the 4th dimension? Yes, there is a standard temporal displacement between nucleus and orbitals, the Casimir cavity redistributes spacetime by deflecting vacuum flucuations onto the time axis in a property QED call "upconverting" - the longer vacuum flux are still present but appear shorter from our perspective. Any atoms diffusing into this twisted space are likewise twisted and appear to change their 4D boundary distribution. If they form a covalent bond while inside they will not be free to untwist and what was once only a relativistic anomally suddenly has real energy related consequences as the new molecule has its orbital orientations locked one against the other unable to translate back to the standard displacement. It is a fractional quantum, NOT 'sub zero' energy levels. ------------------------------------------------------------------- me: I think this field is being held back by semantics. I know Mills is harvesting energy and his math is "reflective" of the empirical data he has gathered but he had to put it in terms consistent with the theory and math he has been using for over a decade - Naudt's paper regarding the "hydrino" state of relativistic hydrogen was not published till 2005 and had the potential to end the controversy but Mills never modified his math and Naudts never gave a physical description. Since then you still have people saying the hydrino doesn't exist and you get papers like Kunze's above demonstrating the fractional quantum spectrum is just artifacts. I have a friend helping me understand Naudts math to see how it relates to Mills empirical data. I suspect Mills fractional quantum are Naudts relativistic shells and both are actually in agreement - Mills is focused only on the "real" values in our plane which are not possible except for Naudt's additional "relativistic" displacement between the orbital and the nucleus. I do disagree with Mills and other researchers in one regard that is more than just semantics - After 30 years of electronics R&D I doubt that any energy can be gained by diffusing into and out of a catalyst or casimir cavity - Intuitively I know the effect will reverse when the environment is removed unless a reaction occurs while the atoms are inside to change the equation. Just read your blog here: http://byzipp.com/energy/blog5.php ...and think it contains a better description of your ideas, the nature of which I think may have some validity. I like your inclusion of the catalytic dependence upon spatial geometry/dimensions... I agree Casimir energy seems to give a physical basis for Mills' effect appearing to be catalytic. I like the idea of H2 formation from a transformation to the cavity frame. It is certainly true that there is a reduction in the vacuum energy density in a Casimir cavity which can correspond to a local 'space-time' deformation, the isotropy being destroyed by the boundaries. This Energy density figure is easily obtainable (knowing the cavity dimensions), and goes as the inverse 4th power (of the plate separation for flat plates). The avg. H acceleration in the cavity needs to be obtained. Using Stochastic Electrodynamics may be easier than Relativistic QED (similar to that used here.... Puthoff, “Gravity as a zero-point-fluctuation force”, Phys. Rev. A, 39, p.2333, 1989)....since it is a semi-classical which replicates QED closely in cavity dynamics.....and from this report you can get some ideas of how to transform from vacuum zero point energy to gravitational effect.....which is basically what you are attempting by looking for a space-time deformation. With respect to this.... ...................<^ Naudts, Jan (5 August 2005). "On the hydrino state of the relativistic hydrogen atom". arXiv. http://arxiv.org/abs/physics/0507193v2.> Even though the single QM predicted Hydrino state is fascinating in its own right, its binding energy is 4 orders of magnitude (10,000 times) larger than the Hydrogen ground state energy !...placing it on the order of nuclear energy, and clearly not compatible with Mills' empirical data. IOW, Relativistic QED predicts this one fractional quantum state at an energy which really does not seem relevant to your conjecture. More pragmatically, here are everal questions for you to respond to, the answer of which will bring you a step closer to your objective: 1. What are the avg. dimensions of Mills' Rayney nickel cavities .? This will give an idea of the possible energy density change from the normal vacuum and thus a corresponding 'time dilation' ....and also give a clue to the answers of the questions below. 2. Your proposal would necessitate an increasingly higher ratio of H2 to H1 in the Mills' product as the the process in the cell continues. What has been discovered in the Mills' product with time? Any high ratio of H2 to H1 would go a long way in verifying your proposal. 3. More importantly; H2 has a binding energy of 4.5 ev., about 1/3rd the ionization energy....and how does that change in the cavity frame?. I would think it should change since even the ground state of hydrogen can be shown (to some degree) to be a result of vacuum fluctuations ; (See for ex., ............. H.E. Puthoff, “Ground state of hydrogen as a zero-point-fluctuation-determined state”, Phys. Rev. D, 35, p.3266, 1987.) and...more importantly the atomic energy levels have been shown to be shifted in the cavity as the inverse of the fourth power of the cavity radius (and as the inverse square) : see here: .. http://prola.aps.org/abstract/PRA/v53/i2/p1126_1 This is especially important since it provides the mechanism for increased energy without Relativistic QED . And determination of any suspected covelent bonding will depend upon these energies. {This is also the fundamental basis for the suppression of spontaneous emission (decay rates) of excited atoms in Casimir cavities which has been shown experimentally due to the exclusion of cavity modes; see........... http://prola.aps.org/abstract/PRL/v55/i20/p2137_1. or here: http://scitation.aip.org/getabs/servlet/Ge...=cvips&gifs=yes } ...and even decay rate enhancement is possible with certain atomic polarizations. 4. Have you done the math to see if you can duplicate Mills' results quantitatively? (For. ex. at these temperatures can H2 bond survive?, etc.) 5. Finally, how does the Mills microwave irradiation fit into your scheme? ......will it inhibit or promote H2 bonding in the cavity at these energies...Microwave interaction analysis and prediction is required since microwave glow is necessary for the extra energy production in the Mills cell. Hope I haven't lost you.... All in all... you are going to have to immerse yourself in the study of what is called Cavity QED in order to prove your position.. Here's more on how the vacuum structure is altered with Casimir cavities....and its atomic effects, even possibly altering the electron magnetic moment. http://th-www.if.uj.edu.pl/acta/vol27/pdf/v27p2409.pdf Note page 2416 shows some results of microwave irradiation before cavity entrance and resultant atomic enrgy shifts, etc. Its a fascinating field. froarty Posted May 6, 2009 Author Posted May 6, 2009 An unusually exotic theory of sonoluminescence, which received much popular attention, is the Casimir energy theory suggested by noted physicist Julian Schwinger which focuses on long distance quantum radiative phenomenon associated not with atoms, but with fast-moving surfaces in the collapsing bubble. This was later dismissed in a paper by Claudia Eberlein because the velocity would have to approach the speed of light but bubble collapse vélocity is only about 100 m/s. If Schwinger had focused instead on the trapped gas atoms inside the bubble he might have come to the same conclusion as Jan Naudts 2005 paper regarding "hydrino state of relativistic hydrogen” which provided a plausible explanation for the controversial hydrino. Naudts theory is for a single atom and only 1 stable state but which I propose to extend to numerous stable states when bonding occurs between atoms in this relativistic state QED refers to as “up converted” inside a Casimir cavity. I am proposing that the hydrino state of relativistic hydrogen inside a Casimir cavity can only occur if vacuum fluctuations twist on the temporal axis appearing to an observer in our plane as getting faster and taking all matter diffused in the field such as the hydrogen atom along for the ride leading to the fractional quantum hydrino. This twisted temporal angle would simply reverse on exiting the cavity EXCEPT if the atoms happen to form a compound while “twisted”. The “twisted” compound would then be oversized for the temporal - spatial corridor when the compound tries to exit the cavity . The widening spatial gap causes an inversely proportional narrowing of the temporal width via retracting vacuum fluctuations but the compound lodges in the corridor while the retracting temporal boundary with the orbital bonds accumulate and soon break apart the compound. The atoms immediately reform compounds or molecules at a lesser orientation emitting light of slower and slower frequency as the cycle repeats in a cascade that drives the atoms back out of the cavity. This change in temporal orientation of vacuum fluctuations explains the odd spectrum of Black Light plasma and questions our measurement of time and frequency due to relativistic effects. This theory draws a common basis for solid Casimir cavities like Black Light and Jovion as well as dynamic cavities formed by shaping conductive bubbles to Casimir geometry through acoustics or diffusion through bulk shaping particles or catalytic electrodes associated with LENR, Cold Fusion and water fuel cells. Temporal science may be awakening based on what QED calls "upconverting" of vacuum fluctuations inside Casimir cavities. I propose the Casimir cavity is to an observer in our plane as our plane is to an observer in an event horizon with all the relativistic opportunities that implies and without the gravitational or cosmic penalties. All the anomalous heat readings of cold fusion experiments, Black Light Powers confirmation by Rowan University and recent patent by Jovion corporation can all be understood in terms of "upconverting" of vacuum fluctuations. Keep in mind that relative to other atoms in the same upconverted vacuum fluctuations there is no change and all would simply translate back to normal upon exiting the Casimir field EXCEPT if a compound forms while matter is in translated state. Things then get interesting regarding what can scale and the effects of bonding on this "temporal" translation. Like accepted relativistic itheory regarding slowing of time inside an event horizon relative to our plane the perspective from the Casimir cavity sees our plane in the same way. From our perspective in the "middle" we see the event horizon slowing matter caught in it's gravitational field and we see the Casimir cavity as accelerating matter caught between it's conductive plates in a venturi like manner. I see the time dimension as slow moving wide current in the event horizon least effected by matter cutting straight through our plane from future to past while the Casimir cavity is a narrow fast moving stream that briefly redirects time some degrees away from perpindicular allowing catalytic reactants to take a temporal detour accomplishing hours of work in what appears to be only minutes from our perspective. As spacing between Casimir plates formed by narrowing cavities in Rayney nickel gets smaller the vacuum fluctuations and therefore any matter diffused therough them twist on the time axis trading spatial parameters for temporal components but maintaining the same quadric volume. the translation is non radiative and energy remains at ground state ( -13.5 eV for hydrogen) but the atoms orbital from our perspective appears far smaller than ground state because the minimal approach is being observed on the time axis and only the portion of the twisted profile remaining in our plane is measured. from the time axis perspective the nucleus sits at the bottom of a microgravity well while the orbital circles higher in the well like a halo. when the atom translates to what Dr Mills callls a hydrino this temporal- gravitational displacement increases to maintain the ground state while the orbital diameter is free to close down far below the diameter we normally use as a measure of ground state allowing it to take on many new states with the energy now stored in different combinations of orbital diameters and temporal displacements between nucleus and orbital. The catch is that this remains a non radiative translation and unless a compound forms to lock the orbitals from simply translating back no energy will be harvested. If a molecule or compound does form it creates a semi stable compound and locks the distended micro gravity well at some length inversely proportional to the fractional quantum states of the hydrino. These dihydrinos now have distended gravity wells too temporally deep to fit in our plane and find the retracting vacuum fluctuations accumlating boundary conditions and breaking the orbital bonds of the molecule while it is wedged in the temporal-spatial corridor inside a Casimir cavity. These "organized" vacuum fluctuations accumulate and repeatedly break the compounds' bonds which immediately reform at a lesser and lesser orientation releasing energy in a cascading emission called Black Light plasma. I propose Casimir cavities or outcroppings are responsible for all catalytic action, that conductive electrolyte in cold fusion can form casimir geometry when separated by small numbers of gas atoms or shaping larger bubbles through bulk nano material or pulsing. Because the temporal doorway opens as the spatial doorway closes at these scales the possibility exists for atoms to enter one Casimir cavity and exit a nearby cavity entangling the two cavities and possibly creating a nano wormhole where they remain connected in time even when spatially displaced. I propose the plasma claimed by Black Light Power may be less important then the pre-plasma for its' linkage to vacuum fluctuations that I posit are responsible for breaking the bonds of compounds formed inside the Casimir field. If we keep the reactor just below the 200 C where this effect normally cascades we may be able to push the Casimir cavities with trapped gas atoms through coils as an ionized powder to provide reactionless drive with those vacuum fluctuations starting to accumulate on the offending bonds of these quasi interdimensional compounds. Although everything was simply relativistic until the atoms formed bonds inside the Casimir field, once those orbitals locked their orientation into a bond they started resisting changes in translation between the distance of the walls inside the cavity - these "stuck" orientations take us away from relativistic changes and now we have interdimensional travel with matter at 2 different angles relative to time residing in the same frame. It is this property that allows Black Light to use the hydrogen atom as a bucket to harvest heat from "organized vacuum flux trying to push the offending orbitals back into alignment and which also may allow us to build a reactionless drive. I predict that gas compounds on the threshold of emitting plasma will measure frictional linkage to vacuum fluctuations which affect inertia and if circulated in the vertical axis with a short return path would modify apparent weight.
