Hi,

 

Does anyone know of any good papers talking about adhering metals (Al, Ti, Cr, Au) to Gallium Phosphide?

 

Or does anyone have any suggestions?

I assume you mean more than just sputtering...can you give us any more specifics on what you're trying to do?

We would either sputter the metal or deposit it by e-beam. We were thinking of doing a standard Cr/Au deposition. I believe we would like the main metal, deposited on GaP, to be either Au, Al or Ti.
