amberuna Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Hi, Does anyone know of any good papers talking about adhering metals (Al, Ti, Cr, Au) to Gallium Phosphide? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
UC Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 I assume you mean more than just sputtering...can you give us any more specifics on what you're trying to do?
amberuna Posted March 23, 2009 Author Posted March 23, 2009 We would either sputter the metal or deposit it by e-beam. We were thinking of doing a standard Cr/Au deposition. I believe we would like the main metal, deposited on GaP, to be either Au, Al or Ti. Thanks for your help!
