chitrangda Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I'm using Google chrome.I have to access a web page but it say " This application uses JavaScript Please make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. To enable JavaScript goto: Tools>>InternetOptions>>Security>>Custom Level. Scroll down until you see section labeled 'Scripting' Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK. Click refresh and do the registration again." But there is no checkbox there to enable Java, only a button to config Google Gears. Any advices on this?
Syntho-sis Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Maybe you need to update Java? I know they recently released an update for that. I had an issue like this recently but the update took care of it. Cheers
Sayonara Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I don't know if this helps, but Java and JavaScript are completely different things.
Syntho-sis Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 ah yea, I didn't read closely enough to realize that...But I'm certain an update wouldn't hurt...
