biotech job hunting

Hi, I'm about to enter the job market for the first time. I've done many procedures but I've been through so many academic labs that I don't feel I have been able to concentrate enough in any one thing. Plus most of my recent experience has been in dry lab theoretical settings rather than actual wetwork. I wanted to know what you guys thought about my 'work in progress' resume and any general suggestions you might have to help ease me into getting my first career. Thanks.
