A Childs Mind Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Many children and young adults nowadays are being diagnosed with these two attention deficit disorders to explain their lack of attention span. The subject, however, is debatable. Some say the "diseases" exist, while others say it is an excuse for lack of sleep, bad nourishment, and too much television. Those that are diagnosed are often given medicines to help treat the disorder that they may or may not actually have, so the question is, do these disorders actually exist?
iNow Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 do these disorders actually exist? Yes. http://edschool.csuhayward.edu/departments/ted/instruction/howe/5500/ADD-DSM-IV.html 1
