Honestly, I'm doing my sister's homework, AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS STUFF IS ABOUT.

So can you help me with this question:

Create a scenario to illustrate simple classical conditioning. Be sure to label the neutral stimulus (NS), unconditioned stimulus (UCS), unconditioned response (UCR), conditioned stimulus (CS), and conditioned response (CR).

It's about training and learning. Classical conditioning is like when Pavlov got his dogs to start salivating at the sound of a bell. He would always ring the bell as he fed them, and eventually the dogs came to understand the bell to mean food, so would salivate when the bell rang, even if no food was present.

So, you have to create a scenario where you train something... or "condition" them. Dogs are a classic example, as are rats, but humans and other animals work, too.

I'd suggest you look at wiki for the stimulus types and more information.

Just get creative... Like training your cat to bring you slippers at the sound of your garage door opening when you return home from work... that sort of thing. Have fun with it.
