Include results and interpretation of the results in your answer. I am having some problems with this help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since you're using mice, I assume you can postulate mice with any desired combination of MHC antigens. Then, it is just a matter of determining a suitable grafting experiment that demonstrates their differences... 1
