Ola.L Posted yesterday at 10:42 AM Posted yesterday at 10:42 AM (edited) Hey there, First of all, I just want to say that you're not alone in this. Math anxiety is a real thing, and so many people struggle with it—you're definitely not the only one! The good news is that there are ways to overcome it, and you're already taking a great first step by reaching out for help. One thing that might help is changing the way you approach math. A lot of times, we think of it as this rigid, scary subject where one wrong step means failure. But in reality, math is just a series of small, logical steps—kind of like solving a puzzle. Try to break problems down into tiny, manageable parts and tackle them one at a time. Also, don’t hesitate to use resources that make learning easier! There is a website like commercial link removed per Rule 2.7 that explain concepts in a simple, visual way. If you're in school, maybe see if there's a tutor or a study group that could help. Sometimes, having someone explain things in a different way makes all the difference. And most importantly, be kind to yourself! Struggling with math doesn’t mean you’re not smart—it just means you haven’t found the right approach yet. Take breaks, reward yourself for progress (even small wins), and try to replace negative thoughts with encouraging ones. You’ve got this! Just keep pushing forward, and I promise it will get better. Contrary to this advice, math problems are usually solved by embedding in ADDED constructions.
