Suppose a straight hair lined man whose parents had a widow's peak marries a widow's peak woman who father had a straight hair line

a) What percentage of their children would you predict will have straight hair lines?

b) what is the possible genotype of the woman's mother?

c) what are the genotypes of the man's mother and father?

2.

The trait for puple hair (P) is dominant over that for green hair (G), w hich in turn is dominant over that for orange hair (O) P>G>o. The trait is X linked. Avigdor, a male, who has green hair, marries Clarinda, who has purple hair, not knowing that Clarinda's mother's hair was a bright shade of orange.

a) what can be predicted about the hair color of their male children?

b) what can be predicted about the hair color of their female children?

Hi there I think this is right.

1a) the ratio would be 3 widows peaks for every one straight hair.

b) the possible genotype for the mother would be ressesive straight and dominant widows peak (Ws)

c) the mans parents would also be Ws Ws
