identify this frog please

we saw this frog at the chattanooga aquarium but have no idea what the name is. i've searched everything, i think, and i can't seem to find out what it is called. thanks for you're help.

It's a Surinam toad (Pipa pipa).

Glider's correct, it's undoubtedly Pipa pipa, part of the family Pipidae, a large group of purely aquatic frogs which also includes Xenopus laevis, a common experimental animal.
