Plus the driver of the bus should very rarely get into those situations where a seatbelt is needed. Plus arent bus's not allowed over 80kph? thats the law here in NZ....tis not that fast

So yes the busses do drive on it(both public and private/commercial) and they(drivers) all are required to wear a seatbelt, regardless of the road chosen or the speed driven at.
