How can I find the scale of what temperature water heats up to in relation to the pressure within a unit being reduced or increased?

You could

a) Learn physical chemistry which depending on what you already know and with regards to your question will take some time

or

b)use a chart

hope this helps. :D

Is it just me, with my my odd sense of humour, that finds it funny when someone called "verb" posts a question that I can't parse, never mind answer?

what does parse mean?

he can't work out the meaning of the sentence even though the words are understandable.

example: fish the butter with nightly preserves ahoy nightingale.

the words individually have meaning but the combination of them has absolutely none whatsoever even though there seems to be some order in some places.

I ought to be able to identify the verbs in a sentence and then work out what nouns are the subject and object of that verb.

That sort of analysis of the sentence is called parsing. I believe there are similar processes in computting where the system works out what are data and what are instructions; these processes are also called parsing.

The point is that I couldn't do it with the OP.
