I am a bit confused about the transfer of forces in terms of Force Carrier Particles. If person A pushes person B what type of force carrier particles are transfered (if any)? and where do those particles come from?

If my question has inconsistensies I am sorrry.

If you push something, why would particles be needed

the force involved in pushing someone is the electromagnetic force. specifically electrostatic repulsion of the electrons in your respective bodies.

 

as the force is electromagentic, the force carrier exchanged is a photon(or rather lots of photons unless it was a particularly feeble push ).
