When did we start getting the ability to give negative reputation? I just noticed that we can now select "I disapprove" in the reputation box.

A few weeks ago. It's an experiment to see how well negative reputation will work.

I'm curious how much more the negative rep will be used (relatively) in the politics subforum than on other forums. (Not sure if the mods can monitor that though).

Admins can see that stuff and run reports if needed.

Fortunately the person who gave him negative reputation has so little reputation that it has absolutely no impact on Cameron's reputation points.

i suppose thats the one goot thing about the reputation system. only those with good reputation can have any real effect and are less likely to abuse the system.
