Shark Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Anybody knows what the most popular environmental engineering jobs are? Thanks K.
CaptainPanic Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Just a guess: Jobs in measurement of air and water quality. From wikipedia, we learn: Environmental engineering involves water and air pollution control, recycling, waste disposal, and public health issues as well as a knowledge of environmental engineering law. It also includes studies on the environmental impact of proposed construction projects. But if you want to make the world a bit cleaner, you can also go for chemical engineering (don't be put off by the pictures - clean processes also use lots of steel pipes). You won't do the checks. Instead, you'll develop cleaner processes. (You won't point out the problems, you'll be solving them ).
