Lance Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 Ah, if I change my avatar I lose my 100x100 avatar... Yes my current is a logo of the company I owned.
Tesseract Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 What company would that be...and you look so funny in that picture AND DONT YOU THINK MY PI SYMBOL IS THE BEST OF THE 100 x 100 AVATARS? <--------------------------MY PI IS DANCING
jordan Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 I'm still a little confused about how you used to own a company and yet look young in the picture. What company is this?
Tesseract Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 I'm still a little confused about how you used[/u'] to own a company and yet look young in the picture. What company is this? Maybe its an older picture Jordan...
-Demosthenes- Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 There's no dancing monkey in this thread you heathen. I was going to find one and use it as my avatar, but I decided against it, because I couldn't find one that I liked that was small enough
J'Dona Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 AND DONT YOU THINK MY PI SYMBOL IS THE BEST OF THE 100 x 100 AVATARS?No. The automatic answer, reply or greeting to anyone who types in all caps is "No."
Tesseract Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 No. The automatic answer' date=' reply or greeting to anyone who types in all caps is "No."[/quote'] Well, I changed it so its not 100 x 100 anymore, anyway.
Lance Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 Sheesh It was named "Star Magnetics" and I sold mostly ferrofluid, but apparently people got tired of ferrofluid so I sold out and didn’t order any more. Yes I suppose being 100 pixels tall does make me look quit young.
J'Dona Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 Sorry, didn't mean to be insulting, was just trying to be funny. :/ Personally I thought the Pi symbol was quite a good avatar (though I'm not sure what it's doing now...). It would be neat if it was black on a white background though, or black on a background the same colour as the forum's background. One funny avatar might just look like this: EDIT: Fixed some weird glitches
J'Dona Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 You can make them transparent? Gah, forgot about that. I don't have Photoshop, you see, and I make mine in Paint, so that probably explains my ignorance. I guess transparent backgrounds would take up less memory too.
Lance Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 Heh I paid somebody else to make my avatar along with a website that no longer exists.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 8, 2004 Author Posted August 8, 2004 Guess what? I have a NEW one! Well, it's transparent... so it's not that different.
alt_f13 Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 rats I made a new avatar, but for some evil reason the file size is much too great. Oh well, the fewer witnesses the better I guess.
Dave Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 Doesn't JaKiri have that already? (without the gun bit at the end)
alt_f13 Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 you obviously didn't see that conversation [edit] No gun, I spooned his eyes out mentally.
alt_f13 Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 It is rather radical. Doesn't make me want to spoon my eyes out.
jordan Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 i think jakiri would like mine Wasn't that atm's old avatar?
atinymonkey Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 No, it was atm's. No, it was mine. Hahahaha. I dropped it as it was the only moving avatar at the time. I guessed it was distracting people, it draws the eye away from the text thread. Jakiri's just hypnotizes people. Which is where he is at the moment, with his army of minions under his evil thrall.
alt_f13 Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 I don't think anyone disputed that it was atm's. Who are you talking to? recap: wasn't that atms? yes No, it was atms. No, it was mine (atm speaking)
atinymonkey Posted August 11, 2004 Posted August 11, 2004 Actually, it was:- Jordan - Wasn't that atm's old avatar? alt f13 - 'twas Sayonara³ -No, it was atm's. Me -No, it was mine. Hahahaha. My insert was for comedy value, continuing the dispute of positive affirmation. I found it funny. I tend to post comedy to amuse myself, really. It's the opposite of the spammy LOL / types. I never spend much time considering the interpretation of my humour. TBH, the post's you think will crack people up rarely make anyone laugh more than yourself.
