nucleotideboy
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good non-commercial resource for gathering information about fluorescent organelle labels for microscopy? I want to start compiling an easy-to-use resource for our microscope users but don't want it biased to a particular company. Any help would be much appreciated! greenprogrammin
Man... I wish I could help you! It sounds like this would have a lot to do with using antibodies to bind to specific orgaelle? I've never done fluorescent micorscopy (sorry). But if it is based on antibodies I would imagine you could find something from a government site such as NIAID, WHO, NIH, CDC or someone!!! Otherwise I would hit the Universities and last of all the Pharmers. You could look for YouTube videos/animations?!. Sorry... I wish I could be better help!
