Rakdos Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 if you have seen spiderman 2 and noticed ne physics nono's plz list them here
ydoaPs Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 There wasn't enough tritium for that long of a burn. They drowned the bloody reactor. That would have made the situation A LOT worse. Radiation alone would have split the water. Then the H would have been fused. The reactor wasn't in a vaccum. There wasn't enough gravity to make the reaction a sphere. Even if there was, it wouldn't have been a sphere because of the Earth's gravitational influence.
jordan Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 What are you looking for? Something like the fact that he shoots a web to a building off to the side and yet manages to swing stright down the middle? Or like how he's standing on the tallest building around and manages to shoot a web up to another building? Or the whole cold fusion thing?
jordan Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 Well then there's the three that came right to the top of my head. If anymore come I post. Why do you want them?
Rakdos Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 it is a type of element called a plot device that is used ina emergancy when nothing else will work What is "tridium?"
ydoaPs Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 It was tritium. You just are too stupid to understand that tritium is an isotope of hydrogen that has an atomic weight of three.
jordan Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 The three in post #4. Oh, and the really big one. On the train, Doc Oc throws Spiderman who then goes flying through the trusses of the bridge and somehow appears behind Doc Oc. So not only should Spiderman have been ahead of Doc Oc at this point, the movie shows he's now gaining speed and catching up with Doc Oc who somehow got ahead of him.
Rakdos Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 it could have happened if the train was moving faster than spidey was
ydoaPs Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 To the "whole cold fusion" thing, it has been done. Schrodinger, what is the title and who are the publishers of that cold fusion book at the library?
jordan Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 it could have happened if the train was moving faster than spidey was Spiderman was moving faster than the train, though, because he was thrown forward.
Rakdos Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 what if the train had sped up im not fammilar w/ subways in new york but dont they have something like a gas pedal??
ydoaPs Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 The book was stolen. I have looked for it several times after I read it the first time.
jordan Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 That scene was filmed in Chicago anyway. And that train would've had to accelerate pretty quick and then suddenly slow down to make that happen. Yeah, I guess it's possible, but not very likely.
Rakdos Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 maybe they did that to try to throw doc oct of the train??
