Norman Albers Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 I have written a short introduction to show what I am looking at in my paper on Gravitation and Vacuum Polarizability. Norman Albers Posted November 27, 2009 Author Posted November 27, 2009 Hopefully my brother will change the file name to "Gravitation and Vacuum Polarizability". The change in the last word is important. Neutral field phenomena have no net polarization like electric and magnetic effects do. Yet they depend upon the polarizability of the vacuum.
Norman Albers Posted December 6, 2009 Author Posted December 6, 2009 Thanks to my brother Steve Albers for supplying my cache at his office in NOAA at Boulder, Colorado. Polarizability. Google Steve on global warming and climate.
