i want to know how can i deal with the yellow phosphorus which is not pure and useless in the lab safely and environmental-friendly.please help me

Are you trying to dispose of it?

If so the simplest solution is to take it somewhere away from people and buildings etc and set fire to it carefully. Obviously you need to do this somewhere where a fire will not uspet anyone.

The official way would be to get some hazmat company to take it away.

hosphorus is very poisonous, 50 mg constituting an approximate fatal dose. Exposure to yellow phosphorus should not exceed 0.1 mg/m3 .i want to know how can we turn the impure yellow phosphorus into H3PO4 in a safe way, also simple to carry out

Use nitric acid to oxidise it to phosphoric acid. But first try with small samples in safe conditions like in fume cupboard.

Other way is to burn it and then add water. But it is not so easy.
