A while ago, I've read somewhere that a water melon is about 80-85% water.

Don't know about the seeds as obviously both will germinate when planted. Before trying it out, I used to assume that the white seeds(on the supposed seedless melon) were juvenile versions of the black seeds.

Hey, how much of the watermelon is water?

I'm seeing reports of around 90%

What is the differece between the white seeds and black?

Black are the matured seeds, I believe.
