Genecks Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 (edited) What do you guys think of the wobble hypothesis. I'm reading wikipedia and it says there is similar thermodynamic stability. So, I guess this means the process can be done. But how exactly is this process being done? Have any experiments been done to show how and why? I'm calling it a fit, push, and release pattern. CharonY Posted November 30, 2009 Share Posted November 30, 2009 If you mean whether there have been measurement of thermodynamic stability of wobble base pairs, then the answer is yes.
