Grim-Smile Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 What if... There are universes within the elementary particles of our universe. If... We are in an elementary particle (or the equivalent) in another universe among countless others. The bare admittance of the possibility of a "multiverse" or the idea that with every possible outcome to every single situation in all existence creates new individual universes corresponding with each possible outcome. Because of that there are innumerable other realities, corresponding with every single choice of every single creature that can make a choice. Wormholes, black holes, tear in space/time, etc possiblity that if able to be controlled could possibly travel through the "space/time barrier" so as to travel to a seperate time..space, most likely would also travel through existences to seperate possible universes so as to make a yin/yang effect keeping all in balance. Possibly universe with no "back holes" is equivalent to "hell" and universe with all possible ones is "heaven" "one with all" comes to mind "omni" etc...
Sisyphus Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 What if... There are universes within the elementary particles of our universe. If... We are in an elementary particle (or the equivalent) in another universe among countless others. What if, indeed? There are fundamental limits, imposed by the laws of physics themselves, to how small and how large we can see. So if there was a "miniature universe" within every elementary particle, we would have no way of knowing, and it would have no effect on us. The bare admittance of the possibility of a "multiverse" or the idea that with every possible outcome to every single situation in all existence creates new individual universes corresponding with each possible outcome. More or less, yeah. But what does that have to do with the first two sentences? Because of that there are innumerable other realities, corresponding with every single choice of every single creature that can make a choice. Not just that. There's nothing in the Many Worlds Interpretation that indicates special status to "choices" by things that can think. Every particle that can zig or zag actually does both. Wormholes, black holes, tear in space/time, etc possiblity that if able to be controlled could possibly travel through the "space/time barrier" so as to travel to a seperate time..space, Whoooaa, now. If there is a multiverse, you wouldn't be able to "travel between."
Grim-Smile Posted December 23, 2009 Author Posted December 23, 2009 as for what does multiverse has to do with the first two sentences. what if the universe in an elementary partice in our universe is holding one (or many) of these parrallell universes perhaps the particle holds all of the "alternate" universes that it created (going on what you said which i agree thx). the key word there is if. As for not being able to travel through alternate universes because it is not known IF there is a multiverse we cannot be sure as to how this works without more data so i dissagree. there is always a possibility of something fundamental in modern science being wrong like it has in the past. do you think any of the people who were proven wrong didnt believe that they were correct in their beliefs before proven otherwise?
