Fuel Cell designs

Hello. I need the assistance of those with experience with fuel cells. Currently my friend and I are researching them, and we have experimented lightly with very basic fuel cells. Yet in our research we have come across PEM fuel cells, and we have not found a decent guide to constructing one. Does anyone here have experience in this field, and can assist us. Or does anyone have a link that can assist.

I don't think they are commercial yet - so all "guides" will be research papers.

 

If wikipedia isn't good enough, then your best chance is on scientific search engines such as "Science direct" or similar websites.
