So, my grandma had emails on webTV, transferred to a localnet address, and currently residing on an old linux computer, saved in an old version of ThunderBird. We no longer have those mail services, as they came with her internet connection and she has switched to verizon. Now, she uses yahoo and gmail for her email. She wants to get rid of the old computer, but she wants her old emails as well. Is there a way to rescue them?

OK, I will try that. The version of ThunderBird might be older than gmail, so if it doesn't work I'll try updating it. I hope it's nice and backwards compatible.
