You can only buy it if you know someone that has a catogory 24 licence in swimming pool maintenace and and a catogory 7 licence for lawn and turf management. Con-sulfuric acid has no oder,and does not fume and has the tecture of olive oil. And should (NEVER COME IN CONTACT WITH KCLO3) To those who do not have experiance in this area!
