This enzyme is not secreted by an organ per se, but is encoded in the HIV genome.

Yes. More precisely, infected cells do that.

How does the whole thing proceed HIV virus enters the body locates a host cell and starts building his Protease Enzyme to produce new virons??? But from which Amino-Acids does this Enzyme consists of???
