RideFire
I'm currently working on my BS in mechanical engineering. My question is can I get a masters in electrical engineering afterwards or do I have to take a ton of EE classes to catch up to the graduate level? swansont
It's going to depend on the program, what classes you took and whether that preparation will allow you to handle the graduate-level classes. Many people get Masters degrees in areas other than their undergraduate degree.
ajb
Many people get Masters degrees in areas other than their undergraduate degree. This is very much true. I know someone with a Chemistry degree go on to do an MSc and then a PhD in theoretical physics. So, changing direction is possible. The best thing to do is speak to the universities in question.
