Guest Gobd Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 I have to do an interview for a biology project and i haven't started, so i am resorting to anything i think that has the slightest chance of working. After i make this post its time to open up the phone book and start calling people You need to be a scientist to answer these questions, something like forensics, a doctor, anything that has to do with life or something like that. If you can answer all these questions well, please get the answers to me somehow, if you don't want to post them all in a reply just PM me, or send them to me on AIM which is gobdgobd What is your name and title? What is your contact phone number? An email would work too What is the name of the facility that you work at? What is your education level? Where did you go to school? For how long? What are your responsibilities at work? Please include at least four specific details about what you do What is the best part of your job? What is the most difficult and challenging part of the job? What kind of specialized training did you need to have to do your job? What made you interested in the type of work you are doing?
mister_me Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 Not many people have this much time. Didn't your mommy ever tell you not to put things off to the last minute unless you were really good at doing things at the last minute?
fafalone Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 Didn't your mommy ever teach you the value of not being ignorant?
Guest Gobd Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 ermm, no now stop posting if you aren't going to answer, as i said before i'm just doing anything that i think has the slightest chance of getting this done i don't expect to get answers here. Also, this isn't the last minute, i still have three days
fafalone Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 I was talking to mister_me. I'd be happy to answer, but I'm not technically a scientist until I get my degrees in 3 years :/
Radical Edward Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 well I have two degrees, but I don't start work till next month.. also I work in physics... any help?
Guest Gobd Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 physics would probably work, you mind answering all the questions? just give an email instead of a phone number, that way you can be sure you won't have some teacher calling you when you don't want.

What made you interested in the type of work you are doing? as I said, I don't start till next month, but here goes: Duncan Hill (still Mr) PhD researcher duncan_hill@hotmail.com Fraunhofer Institute MSci and MSc, Imperial College London for 5 years Research on Organic LED... dunno what I will be doing other than that I needed an MSc to do it, and I got interested i nthe area throught he MSc course, since one of my Professors was one of the people who discovered Light Emitting Polymers.
Guest Gobd Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 Does MSCI stand for "Master of science in clinical investigation"? and i didn't find what MSC stands for so you could you tell me? also, who is your professor that was one of the people that discovered light emitting polymers? that would be interesting and make the teacher think like i did more work thanks for taking the time to answer the questions!
Radical Edward Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 I said, I'm nothing to do with medicine or anything like that, it's physics.. MSc is Master of Science... it's a postgrad degree.
Guest Gobd Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 thanks, i know its nothing to do with medicine, this is my backup interview for if i get nothing else. I've got at least two people that i can interview by thursday so i won't be asking you any more questions now
