Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 6, 2004 Author Posted August 6, 2004 I mean, seriously, it is hard to read when its in horrible grammar. And what the heck happened to the background?
MulderMan Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 my dad cant use propper grammer, he writes how he speaks. i think its hereditary, ive never been good at english myself, thats why im a member here and not at an english forum!
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 6, 2004 Author Posted August 6, 2004 It's "grammar". http://www.englishforums.com
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 6, 2004 Author Posted August 6, 2004 Can't you make them "Iliterate"* (intentionally miselled)? *That was JaKiri's idea.
Sayonara Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 You think we should persecute people based on their ability to use English? How shocking. I am shocked. SHOCKED.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 6, 2004 Author Posted August 6, 2004 You think we should persecute people based on their ability to use English? How shocking. I am shocked. SHOCKED. No, really. If english is their second language, it's fine with me, but if they say "I do good english at school" and don't bother here, then they should be "iliterate". I think you were being sarcastic there, however. edit: oh yes, you didn't respond to my PMs.
Sayonara Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 edit: oh yes, you didn't respond to my PMs. I am screening you so you don't know I am home.
Sayonara Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Ahhhh but I could have left home since I started screening you.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted August 6, 2004 Author Posted August 6, 2004 You know, sometimes your sarcasm gets a bit out of hand, don't you think?
ydoaPs Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 he said "No YOU'RE a think.", not "No YOU'RE, I think"
MulderMan Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 It's "grammar". http://www.englishforums.com i think i proved my point, and i didnt even misspell that on pourpose
