Mr Skeptic
You can in fact get pure cultures by diluting a contaminated sample, growing it on a plate, and picking out an individual colony. What do you need your bacteria for?

Moontanman
Anywhere where i can buy pure culture online. It would depend heavily on exactly which microbe you want to culture, algae cultures are easy to obtian. http://www.carolina.com/category/living+organisms/protists/algae+cultures+and+sets.do?KickerID=int_t_gtw_living_algaecultures
CharonY
Getting pure samples from environmental isolates is a non-trivial task and is much more complicated than simple dilution plating. However, one of the largest depositories is the American Type culture collection (ATCC). In addition simple things like E. colis can also be ordered from many biotech companies as e.g. Invitrogen or Fermentas.
David Ashton
Oxoid has a pretty good selection of bacterial cultures, sold as Culti-Loops - try http://www.oxoid.com/CA/blue/prod_list/prod_list.asp?c=CA〈=EN
