the coder mistakenly writes 18 for letter Y, instead of writing 19, so that

the last line says"WOULD SHARE THIS WITH XOU"

(probably means YOU)

and a couple of goofs in the first line make it say

HOW ARE XOUR HEXADECIMAL SHILLS (probably means SKILLS)

 

Allowing for those two glitches: putting YOUR for xour and SKILLS for shills, we get

it is a simple code A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, D = 4,,,,

every letter of the alphabet is replaced by the number which tells its

place in the alphabet----BUT THE NUMBERS ARE WRITTEN IN HEX

 

THE NUMBER 26 IS WRITTEN 1A in hex. and therefore the letter Z, in the code, is replaced by the hex number 1A

 

And J is the 10th letter in the alphabet so it is replaced by the number ten, but written in hex, which is "A".

 

So to decode one can make a table
