single file download on multi pcs ..

is it possible to split a file for download for two pc .. both pcs hav different isps and they help eachother to download half and half to consume low bandwith and faster download. . is it possible??

Yes. Put your file on a peer-to-peer sharing system like bittorrent. The system will give half the file to each peer, and they will share the halves with each other. This works even better when there are thousands of downloads rather than just 2.
