How to remove a Thread on a forum

Usually, if there is not button allowing you to do so you can ask someone with administrative rights. In the case of sfn, anyone with a blue or red user name (or equivalently with the user title "moderator" or "admin") should be able to at least move the thread to a non-public subsection of the forum.
