I've always wondered... Is it flogging molly like the action "I'm flogging molly today" or is it describing molly, "Oh dear, here comes flogging molly to flog us all".

Super 400, the band in my avatar. Mind blowing mid-60's style guitar-heavy rock. It's all their own music, but you can tell that they listen to a lot of Hendrix and Cream, which is my kind of music.

With the exception of Korn, those are the worst of the worst in my books in terms of crappy, cliche, mainstream, "corporate" music (money) making machines.

 

I have a particular dislike for the lowest common denominator, rap and hip hop, especially the American variety. I am always amazed at the popularity of such mass produced rubbish. Most of the time its all about the marketing and the bad boy image of the "artists". The music itself always sounds the same, I suppose if its making truck loads money they'll keep doing it.

 

I guess I don't like being told what I like by the record companies.
