Today at school, we had a power outage. A squerrel got into a transformer. I just thought some of you would find it amusing.

they are planning to take over the world, one school at a time. we must destroy every tree, so they have no homes. *insert evil laugh*

Hmmm... the power to run a school and maybe surrounding homes...

HOW did they know it was a squirrel? LOL :))

Peanuts (groundnuts) are a Squirrels always "next best" choice, and since Peanuts are the only ones to grow underground (mines), that would seem highly unlikely.

I think Dilbert was just being silly :)

(and if you take this seriously, you need shooting too! LOL)

You have school ALREADY! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

THAT I find amusing.

You still go to school?

And have essentially zero disposable income?

power company removed it smoking charred carcass form the transformer

I`m surprised there was anything identifiable left, carbon`s quite conductive too, but I`de have thought the water turing into instant steam would have blown its little rodent body into next week LOL :)

We used to have guinea fowl. The stupid birds regularly committed suicide by landing on the transformer. Finally, the power company told me that if it happened one more time, they would charge me for the repair.

It did continue to happen occasionally, but before I called Vepco, I would get all the guys out in the shop to pick up the carcass and all the feathers.

There was also a woodpecker that thought the transformer was a wonderful drumming plate - he miscued also.
