The effect is real, but it's not antigravity any more than an elevator/lift is antigravity.

I find the idea fasinating, and when i was first told about the IGV's built useing SEG's i got the impression that it was something that anyone can put together. However after just a few minutes of research i could clearly see that this is a bit to complex and exspensive for me-and most other people- to build.

If this technology does become more practical ie; cheaper and manegable. It most certantly will change the world for the better. Still If anyone has some plans (nomatter how complex) and a list or what you need. i would love to take a look at it.
