Quick question about partial pressure of oxygen in the body?

Partial pressure of oxygen at lungs is 100mmHg. Is this the oxygen dissolved in blood or oxygen bounded with haemoglobin. I think former is true, just to clarify. Thanks

It is the partial pressure of oxygen dissolved in blood. You are correct. as a side note, above 80 mm Hg, any hemoglobin present is nearly saturated with oxygen.
